The honest version
We are in the earliest stage of building, with active pilots already running. The first few engineering hires will help shape both the product and the company from the ground up, working directly with and mentored by a founder with 30 years of experience in this space.
The first three months are focused on ownership, execution, and proving what we can build together. This is not an internship. You will work on real systems and real customer outcomes from day one.
Strong delivery and mutual fit lead into paid roles, with a pathway toward reserved ESOP rights and a full-time Founding Engineer position as the company scales.
The problem we exist to solve
Every organisation deploying agentic AI is running the same experiment: move fast on the technology, figure out the people later.
Agents update every 90 days. Training programmes are stale before the cohort completes them. Capability frameworks describe a world the technology has already moved past. Every time an agent upgrades, the humans governing it fall further behind.
Nobody has solved continuous human effectiveness certification that evolves with the agent. We are the first platform built to measure and certify human effectiveness inside an agentic enterprise, and to keep that certification live as the technology moves. That is the problem we exist to solve.
